Char holds a position at AARE that doesn't exist in most agencies. She is a "Commercial Communications Director," developing new relationships and helping agents break into commercial real estate.

A lifelong interest in real estate led Char and her husband to invest in multiple properties over the years. That personal experience of owning and selling properties has enabled Char to better understand the needs of buyers and sellers.

Char is willing to do whatever it takes to make her clients happy. She goes a little further, works a little harder, asks questions and communicates. When Char is at home, she enjoys spending time with her husband (and black Lab) at their home in the local mountains where they get winter snow. As a San Diego native, Char spends her free time enjoying her beautiful city from the mountains to the beaches. Her hobbies include sewing, cooking or visiting her two adult children.
