Born and raised in Saratoga, California, Gregory has lived and worked in almost every part of the Bay Area. This gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the different sub markets of Silicon Valley. He began his real estate career as a Residential Agent in San Francisco working for the largest privately owned company at the time, Zephyr Real Estate. He thrived in this highly competitive environment and was well adapted to meet any and every challenge that faced him.

After many successful years as a residential agent, Gregory decided to take on a new challenge in the multi-unit apartment market. He did this by joining a very successful real estate team at Marcus & Millichap, one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the country. He was an intrical member of the group and was asked to be a part of a new company started by that team called the Losness Group Investment Real Estate. Gregory quickly became a top producing agent and a contributing member to the success of this growing investment firm.

Investment real estate is all about the numbers, aesthetic plays a part, but it really is driven by income and return on investment. Residential is mostly emotion, however real estate is always a smart investment, so growth of equity certainly is a factor when buying a home"

Equally important to me is my time for fun and adventure. I love the ocean and try to make it there whenever I can. I'm an avid sailor and love ocean and river kayaking, rafting, or simply just floating. My wife and I have a great passion for music, whenever we can we try to catch a live show. I taught myself how to play the guitar and love to sing and play that amazing instrument in my spare time. One of my greatest passions is travel. Such a beautiful and diverse planet, it is very important to get out and see it whenever you can. Nothing more exciting than immersing myself in a foreign culture to help broaden my perspective on life. Passion in work and passion at play. My true love is for my family, it is important to be present in all aspects of my life. I look forward to an illustrious and adventurous future, and I hope all of you will be a large part of it.
