The keystone of Frances’ success is the repeat and referral business she’s earned providing nearly three decades of top service to her clients. She treats each transaction with detail, treats her clients like family and works with total care and personal attention to every project. She not only employs her experience and expertise selling real estate but has also authored and published several real estate books. Her vast experience spans not only residential and commercial but multifamily, ranch and land. An alumna of Texas Woman’s University majored in Architecture, her goals are simple: provide clients with extreme knowledge and focus, allowing them to be rest assured knowing Frances has put them in the power position in their market. She presently offices out of Austin, Victoria and the DFW area and is expanding.

In addition to her career in real estate she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and supporting multiple charities. One charity she is a patron of is the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a Texas based non-profit that provides a variety of free programs and events for children who are receiving cancer treatments.

Another is the Eye of a Needle Foundation that works with secular and faith based programs worldwide supporting various humanitarian and social improvement projects. Working with AARE has given Frances yet another avenue in which to support her community. AARE’s goal is to foster a culture of caring through purposeful tangible action by reestablishing the often forgotten art of generosity. AARE gives 10% to 40% of their commission to the charity of choice of the client who has selected that charity.
