David Roland is a dually licensed real estate agent in Arizona, and a loan officer in Arizona, California and Florida. David takes pride in being a trusted advisor able to assist his clients with nearly any aspect of a real estate transaction, commercial or residential. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, David has always had an interest in the real estate industry, where buildings constantly silhouetted the skylines. After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, he knew real estate was part of his destiny. Like many, David’s early interest was in learning about wholesaling, rehabbing, and flipping houses. Despite his passion and early interest in real estate, David put his personal pursuits on hold in order to serve our country after the terrorist attacks on 9/11.

After graduating from college, David became a Signal Officer in the U.S. Army through the O.C.S. program, where he quickly and consistently ranked in the top 10% of his peers. David further honed his leadership during his deployment to Afghanistan where he led a team of over 100 young men and women during Operation Enduring Freedom, earning multiple awards for their efforts. Before leaving military service, honorably, David’s final assignment was a Basic Combat Training unit, where his talents and experience were put to use in the transformation of more than 2,000 civilians into Soldiers.

Life after the military for David has included fatherhood, volunteering, certification as a fitness trainer and coach, running a digital marketing agency, financing as a banker at U.S. Bank, and ultimately following his passion and becoming licensed as a real estate agent and loan officer. David Roland resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife Kimberly, their eight-year-old twins, a toddler, and two dogs. When David is not working in real estate or financing, he enjoys spending time with his family and their horses, listening to podcasts, keeping current with economics, technology, and the constantly evolving cryptocurrency markets.

He is also an active volunteer in The American Legion, serving fellow veterans in need and holding the position of Deputy Finance Officer for the Department of Arizona.
