Having been on the buying as well as selling side, Dave knows that it can be a huge task to maneuver through the steps of the real estate process. After spending many years in the Commercial Audio and Video Equipment Sales world, he knows that communication between all parties is key. He has always worked hand in hand with the end customer, but was always constantly involved with the team that is needed to cover all the bases necessary. It is paramount that the focus always be on the realization of the client’s goals as the end result.

Dave lives in the Leucadia area of Encinitas in North San Diego County. He has both an adult son and daughter as well as 4 grandchildren. He enjoys playing drums with local musicians as well as spending time at the beach and in the ocean.
