What can I say about Barb Cole? She has to be the greatest realtor in the state of Texas. My wife and I immediately discovered that she's not one to focus on her commissions check, but Barb is a realtor who loves her clients and the process. And it is something we experienced when a builder wanted us to accept a defective structure. But Barb was loyal and remained our representative throughout the ordeal. She could’ve easily persuaded us to go ahead and close the deal; however, she didn’t. We decided to withdraw our contract. But Barb found us another home – better than the last – and it became ours on February 7, 2019.
