Teresa was drawn to real estate as an opportunity to continue helping people following her retirement from a long and rewarding career in the medical field as a Registered Nurse. Teresa has always been interested in real estate, and even attended a real estate class many years ago—upon her retirement, she felt the time was finally right to pursue a career change.

Teresa’s long career in nursing afforded practical experience and a skillset that serve her well in her real estate ventures. Besides the desire to help people, the most important benefit that nursing provided Teresa is good listening skills. Teresa prides herself on finding properties that fit well with the wants and needs her clients have discussed with her. Teresa utilizes her real estate knowledge and an attentive nature to find and showcase properties within a territory spanning Perris, Corona, Lake Elsinore, and Murrieta.

Teresa has resided in the Lake Mathews area for over thirty years, and has always owned horses. She and her family enjoy the rural, open spaces and have lived and enjoyed the ranch lifestyle for decades. Understanding both the tangible and intangible benefits of this way of life, and the fulfillment that comes along with it, Teresa specializes in rural and horse properties. She is able to provide her clients with not only her real estate knowledge but personal and practical experience for their buying and selling needs.

In her three years in real estate, Teresa has become highly regarded by her clients for her attention to their desires, as well as her commitment to always be available to them. Teresa strives to follow up regularly with her clients and to keep all parties informed throughout the process. Teresa is incredibly involved in her own community and belongs to a women’s horse riding club, but she continues to enhance her knowledge of surrounding communities and improve her connections—through a local kayak club that Teresa belongs to, she has become familiar with a much broader spectrum of areas and communities.
