Robert Boladian

Robert Boladian has Twenty-Five years of entrepreneurial experience with senior-level experience in management. Proven effectiveness in managing growth and achieving P&L goals in both mature and early-stage organizations. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to select and develop a management team.

Robert founded in 1991, one of the first wireless resale companies in the country with over sixty thousand clients. In 1994, the company acquired thirteen FCC spectrum licenses allowing the company  to build their own wireless network. Robert founded in 2005, a Mortgage Bank with operations up and down the Mid-Atlantic and the Pacific Northwest with nearly two hundred employees. Robert commenced originating loans in 2001.

Robert opened the first RE/MAX Collection office in North County in 2013. The company caters to high-net-worth individuals acting as trusted advisors in the acquisition and disposition of real estate in over 100 countries. Robert founded an Escrow company in 2015 allowing the company the expertise to handle all three critical aspects of a transaction. Lending, Real Estate Brokerage and Escrow.

Education

Robert attended C.S.U. Long Beach from 1983 to 1988 and majored in Economics and Electrical Engineering. Robert was also part of the Air Force R.O.T.C program at Long Beach State and earned a private pilot’s license in 1983.

Residence

Robert resides in Carlsbad, CA with his two daughters Ella Victoria and Alexandra Grace.
