With over 25 years of experience working in the real estate industry, encompassing property management, property rehabs and real estate sales, Jane brings a unique talent to the home buying and/or home selling process. She has several years of experience as a project manager in renovating distressed properties, and is able to assess the potential cost to making improvements to a home that you are considering purchasing. Jane has a keen sense for the projects one can do on a home that you are considering selling to maximize its value for the best sale price. Jane has even been known to coordinate and oversee improvements on a home purchase for active duty military buyers prior to their arrival on PCS orders, so that their personal effects can be moved from door to door.

Jane also has a strong military background, beginning with her own Navy career as a Navy Nurse at Balboa, followed by Bethesda, and Camp Pendleton. 28 years of marriage to a Naval Aviator and two active duty sons round out my military life. In addition, she has a son who coaches baseball at Westview High School. Needless to say, after spending both her single and married life in the military, she understands the stresses involved in a military move.
