Daniel Birnie

From the time I was a young teenager I’ve been learning how to give people the highest level of customer service. First working as a caddy at the age of 13, next as a bartender, then as a manager of a landscaping company into my young adulthood. As I grew into my mid 20’s a deeper calling was persistent in my thoughts and my desire to fulfill my civic duty landed me in the U.S. Navy. While in the service I relocated to San Diego, CA and built upon my core values; adding honor, courage and commitment to my tool belt. Finishing my enlistment in 2018 left me with the question of where to go or what to do next in life. Instead of moving back to my hometown in Minnesota, I chose to challenge myself and call San Diego my permanent home. From there I enrolled in school at San Diego State University as a business student and as my studies progressed, I quickly realized that my passion for real estate needed to be recognized and pursued as more than just an interest.

Since the beginning of 2019 I’ve been studying real estate vigorously while simultaneously earning my business degree. I love helping families and friends turn their home purchasing and selling goals into a reality and have found the experience to be immensely rewarding. In order to provide the highest level of service to clients, I approach every transaction with the morals and ethics that were installed in me since my very first job; honesty, integrity and most importantly the impassioned ability to listen.

In my spare time when I am not studying business or practicing real estate, I enjoy golfing, snowboarding, camping, taking my dog Roy to the beach, DJ-ing and making memories with my girlfriend. I love meeting new people and helping them attain the highest level of happiness life can offer. Happiness starts at home and everyone deserves a great one.
